• Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
• Clearly explain massage services, benefits, and membership options
• Drive membership sales by confidently recommending packages that fit each client’s wellness goals
• Manage client appointments, payments, and account details
• Support day-to-day clinic operations including cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with massage therapists and team members to ensure a seamless client experience

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented; thrives in a commission‑based environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Prior experience in a spa, fitness, or wellness setting is a plus (but not required)
