Regional Mechanic
Join our innovative Construction team as a full‑time Regional Mechanic. Travel throughout southeastern Minnesota is required.

Position SummaryThe Regional Mechanic will maintain company equipment and machinery to support our construction projects.
Responsibilities- Analyze malfunctions and perform repairs.
- Repair and maintain asphalt and aggregate equipment.
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred).
- Experience in all phases of heavy construction equipment repair.
- Physically fit to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long durations.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to listen and take direction.
- Team player willing to train less experienced employees.
