Service Master Restore® in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Lead Restoration & Mitigation Technician who can manage water damage restoration, fire and smoke mitigation, and related remediation projects. You will direct daily jobsite operations for technicians and subcontractors, ensuring work meets IICRC standards.
You will perform moisture inspections, determine drying strategies, set up equipment, and document progress with restoration software.
