• Provide supervision to clients that ensures their safety and well‑being; assist clients in making choices that are in their long‑term best interests.
• Lead and supervise clients in the year‑long, faith‑based program on the residential housing floor during all duties and activities throughout the work shift.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license at all times for driving Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge vehicles.
• Transport clients to all program functions.

• On‑call staff need to work 2–3 shifts per month and attend staff meetings.
• Strong ability to relate to and mentor people with life‑controlling problems.
• One year freedom from chemical use problems.
• Ability to remain on task and follow through on multiple concurrent assignments with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check process.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, and ability to be insured under the organization’s vehicle insurance carrier.
• Must possess a MN state driver's license or be willing to transfer an out‑of‑state license to MN state driver's license.

Ability to stand for the majority of an 8‑hour shift.

• Weekday 1st shift (7 am‑3 pm): base rate $17 /hr
• Weekday 2nd shift (3 – 11 pm): $1 /hr shift differential ($18 /hr)
• Weekday or Weekend 3rd shift (11 pm‑7 am): $4 /hr shift differential ($21 /hr)
• Weekend 1st shift: $2 /hr shift differential ($19 /hr)
• Weekend 2nd shift: $3 /hr shift differential ($20 /hr)
