Heading Home Corps seeks a Housing Resource Navigator to support Minnesotans facing homelessness or housing insecurity. You’ll work with participants to set housing goals, navigate resources, and develop action plans, with training and support throughout.
You’ll meet regularly with participants to guide progress, connect them to social services, and share learnings with the community as part of a committed Ameri Corps program.
