Spring  Season (March 2, 2026 - May 29, 2026); approximately 3-5 hours per day or 15-25 hours per week

Stipend Range: $5,133 - $6,033 for the season

Job Summary

This is a Rochester Public Schools co-op sport; this team is open to all RPS high schools. Carry out duties as outlined by the head coach or activities director and work within the system being implemented.

Responsibilities
  • Support the head coach and activities director in planning and implementing volleyball programs for participating high schools.
  • Coordinate practices, competition schedules, and student-athlete development.
  • Foster positive relationships with student-athletes, staff, and families; serve as a positive role model.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a coach or as a participant in the sport/activity.
  • Sound knowledge and background of the sport/activity being coached.
  • Ability to relate to student-athletes/performers in a positive manner and be a good role model.
