Rochester Swim America Lessons offers swim lessons and water safety training to Southeast MN!

Our fun group lessons are a great way to spend two hours helping others and earning supplemental income.

We host programming 6 days of the week with evening and weekend opportunities. You set your schedule - once a week minimum - for each session.

While our training and certification process allows us to bring on individuals without extensive water experience, a background check through USA Swimming is a requirement for this position.

Year-round programming is offered at the Rochester Recreation Center Warm Water Pool. We also offer lessons at Willow Creek Middle School.

Beyond the group lesson schedule, we offer private lessons and parent/tot water safety lessons. Cross-training into these is an option once all levels in the group lesson curriculum are completed.

If you have children, while you are an employee, they receive free weekly lessons!

Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. All inquiries about employment at these schools should be made directly to the school location, and not to US Swim School Association.
