School Bus Driver

First Student is hiring Part-Time School Bus Drivers in Rochester, MN.

Now hiring Part Time School Bus Drivers. As a First Student Part Time School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport.

Responsibilities:

  • A split shift: early morning before-school pickup and after-school drop-off with a few free hours in between.
  • A guaranteed shift of 4 hours per school day. No working nights or weekends unless you want to.
  • Additional hours available through trips and charters when available.

Benefits:

  • $26.00 – $29.00 per hour based on experience.
  • $2,000 sign‑on bonus for drivers.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits plus 401(k) retirement savings plans (may vary by location or CBA).
  • No experience necessary – we offer CDL training.
