Residential Driver (Garbage Truck - CDL)

Residential Garbage Truck Driver – Join LRS and contribute to our vision of becoming the safest, most innovative waste recycler in the world.

• Operate the truck in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policies.
• Provide waste or recycling services to customers on assigned routes by emptying trash/recycling receptacles into the truck and hauling to the disposal site.
• Replace trash/recycling receptacles neatly at the curb or designated area.
• Clean up waste spills and overflows.
• Maintain and update route sheets.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and complete logs.
• Maintain and update driver log sheets.
• Interact professionally with internal and external customers.
• Clean waste from the packer blade and truck body.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Operations Supervisor

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid Class B CDL (at least).
• Valid DOT medical card or obtain prior to hire.
• Successfully complete pre‑employment testing.
• Read and speak English well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions, directions, traffic signs, signals, and safety training.

• Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to stand and walk.
• Exposure to extreme weather conditions.
• Exposure to residential and commercial waste.
• Possible exposure to high traffic conditions while outside the vehicle.
• Frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
