A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Material Handler to work evening and overnight shifts (2 p.m. – 10 p.m. and 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.) Sunday‑through‑Thursday.

• Receive, replenish, pick, pack, and ship materials for MIC.
• Handle crediting processes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Follow proper rotation and industry storage guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to housekeeping standards within the facility.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics and productivity standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (helpful for inventory and documentation).
• Ability to meet productivity standards consistently.
• Availability for occasional overtime.
• Willingness to undergo on‑the‑job training for all responsibilities.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and industry best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay Range
: $18 – $21 per hour (based on education, experience, location, and duties).
