KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing, privately held organization that is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk. This is a full‑time, permanent, 100% onsite opportunity supporting a multi‑division business environment. The Accounting Clerk will report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in day‑to‑day accounting operations.

Responsibilities- Perform daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing
- Handle daily bank activity including reconciliations, deposits, and check scanning
- Process daily cash receipts, cash application, and system downloads
- Assist with account reconciliations and general accounting support
- Provide accounting administrative support to the operations team
- Follow internal approval processes for purchasing and spending
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable preferred
- Basic accounting and reconciliation background
- Experience working in an accounting system (Quick Books a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage daily transactional volume
This is an onsite, permanent position, with compensation ranging from $50k‑$55k DOE.
