Responsibilities- Lead large-scale automation projects
- Develop control system architectures
- Create programming standards and best practices
- Provide technical leadership across multiple projects
- Conduct technical risk assessments
- Lead customer technical discussions
- Manage complex integration projects
- Develop and implement new technologies
- Provide advanced technical solutions
- Mentor junior and senior engineers
- Contribute to estimation and proposal development
- Expert‑level PLC and robot programming
- Advanced system architecture design
- Multiple platform expertise
- Advanced project management
- Strong leadership abilities
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Advanced technical problem‑solving
- Customer relations management
- BSEE/BSEET with 8‑12 years’ experience, or ASEE/ASEET with 13‑17 years’ experience
- Extensive project leadership experience
- Advanced certifications preferred
