Are you an experienced Product Engineer looking for the autonomy to solve real world engineering problems, take ownership of existing products, and drive continuous improvement with direct progression to management?
On offer is the opportunity to join an extremely successful and well-respected manufacturer . You'll play a key role in supporting current product lines, working closely with manufacturing, quality, service, and design teams to ensure products remain reliable, compliant, and cost-effective.
This company continues to invest in its engineering function and is seeking a Product Engineer to focus on sustaining engineering activities. Rather than new product design, this role centers on improving and supporting products already in production, making them better, safer, and more efficient.

The Role:- Provide engineering support for existing products
- Investigate and resolve production and field issues to ensure product reliability and safety
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and performance enhancements
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and service teams to implement engineering changes
- Experience as a Product Engineer, Reliability or Sustaining Engineer, or similar role within manufacturing
- Background in electromechanical manufactured systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience supporting production issues
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with engineering change processes and technical documentation
