About the role

The Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for assisting with managing the Table Games Department; providing staff with effective guidance and assistance regarding accomplishing the goals and objectives of the table games facilities. Table Games Dealers are responsible for efficiently operating assigned Casino games, accurately handling chips and cards, managing bets and payouts, and ensuring a lively and enjoyable gaming atmosphere for players.

Our Dual Rate positions flex their time into both roles, providing developmental opportunities and support where needed.

What you'll do

● Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.

● Engage with players in a friendly and professional manner, aiding, explaining game rules, and maintaining a positive and entertaining atmosphere.

● Adhere to Table Games policies, procedures, and internal controls, maintaining a steadfast commitment to their standards.

● Communicate with Supervisors to address any issues and contribute to maintaining a seamless flow of gaming floor operations.

● Facilitate the exchange of currency for gaming chips, ensuring all wagers fall within the designated minimum and maximum table limits.

● Guarantee proper placement of bets before card dealing, executing efficient and accurate shuffling and dealing techniques. Handle chips with precision and speed, presenting hands in a clear and easily readable manner.

● Manage the payment of winning bets and collection of losing bets, safeguarding the security and integrity of the game.

● Call for service or advice as necessary.

● Verify and deposit game-related paperwork in the drop box. Pass on game-related information to the incoming dealer.

● Efficiently deal and manage various Casino games such as blackjack, poker variants, or baccarat, following established rules and procedures.

● Demonstrate the capacity to make prompt and sound decisions, especially under pressure.

● Have sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds when interacting with players.

● Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during busy periods.

● Have the capability to assess situations, foresee potential issues, and devise effective solutions.

Tracks and documents play of guests including but not limited to monitoring wager amounts, length of play, purchase amounts and wins/losses.

● Maintains proper table inventories through fills and credits.

● Issues playing cards and dice and review them for irregularities at the beginning of the shift.

● Assists with personnel functions, such as: training, development, supervision, evaluations, and disciplinary actions; will perform these functions in a timely manner.

● Supervises, coaches, instructs and direct dealers in proper procedures of appropriate aspects of table games operations including but not limited to correction of errors, recommendations of disciplinary actions and monitoring all work processes.

● Assists with staff schedules for assigned shift, including the scheduling of any necessary team member training.

● Investigates and resolves guest complaints regarding customer services issues in a positive manner.
