Join Frisbie Memorial Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, as a Patient Safety Attendant on a PRN basis.

As a Patient Safety Attendant, you will play a vital role in protecting patients at risk for falls, injury, or self-harm. You will closely monitor their physical and emotional well-being and communicate concerns, empowering the care team to respond quickly and help care for and improve lives one moment at a time.

• Watch patients with continuous focus to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Identify risks such as falls or self‑harm and prompt the care team to intervene.
• Document patient activity and changes accurately throughout your shift.
• Honor patient privacy by safeguarding confidential information at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to foster a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• High School Graduate or GED.
