We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where network stability, security, and performance are critical to daily operations. This role provides hands‑on exposure to enterprise networking technologies, modern wireless systems, and monitoring tools—within a collaborative IT team that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, access points)
- Perform daily network administration tasks including VLAN changes, port configurations, backups, and firmware updates
- Monitor network performance and respond to alerts to ensure uptime and reliability
- Configure and optimize wireless networks and access points
- Support user connectivity issues and escalate complex problems as needed
- Apply routine security practices and follow compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate network documentation and inventories
- Assist with network upgrades, deployments, and configuration changes
- 2–3 years of hands‑on network administration experience
- Experience with Unifi/Ubiquiti devices and controller management
- Wireless networking deployment and troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Unifi, PRTG, Solar Winds)
- Understanding of LAN/WAN, VLANs, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and subnetting
- Basic knowledge of network security and firewall concepts
- Experience in a casino or gaming environment is a plus
- CCNA, Security+, or similar certifications are a plus
- 2–3 years of hands‑on network administration experience
