• Design high-performance cutting tools using advanced drawing tools.
• Partner with customers to tailor solutions to their unique processes.
• Oversee projects from initial concept through implementation.
• Provide expert technical support and drive continuous improvement.
• Play a key role in delivering value and generating revenue.

• 5+ years of experience in hand‑on machining. Experience using round cutting tools is a bonus.
• Understanding of G‑code or other programming experience.
• Strong solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong computer skills.
• Proven track record of delivering technical solutions that drive results.
