Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

The position is based at our campus in Madison, WI. Relocation to the area is required, and Epic provides financial relocation assistance.

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team and support our ongoing growth as we expand into new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling the company on potential risks, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. You will handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings.

You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad. Your level of responsibility will increase as you broaden your knowledge of our industry.

• Experience in counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Excellent attention to detail, creative thinking, and strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Relocation to Madison, WI will be fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
