We are proud to design and manufacture high‑efficiency residential and commercial hydronic boilers, volume water heaters, and commercial pool heaters at our Rochester, NH headquarters. Our organization offers over 20 different heating products and supporting accessories and controls, supported by a state‑of‑the‑art research and development laboratory and on‑site manufacturing operations.

We are hiring a First Shift Mechanical/Electrical Assembler to work on various product lines. The position involves using hand and power tools to assemble boilers from scratch, with cross‑training on multiple stations and products.

Hours: Monday‑Thursday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm; overtime possible on Fridays.
Compensation: $1500 Sign On Bonus! Pay range: $17.00‑$20.00 per hour.

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Dependable.
• Flexibility to work overtime.

• Stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, assemble, apply force, tighten and adjust parts of a boiler; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
• Occasionally sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Regularly lift and move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs (lift assist required for items over 50 lbs).
• Vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus for computers, blueprints, diagrams, and visual defect inspections.
