. The individual we are seeking must enjoy problem solving and rarely building the same machine twice. We are seeking a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician with exceptional electrical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting capabilities. This individual demonstrates strong problem‑solving skills and can quickly interpret complex technical documents, schematics, and specifications. • Perform assembly, installation, and testing of electro‑mechanical systems and components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in production and prototype equipment.
• Read and interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve build processes and resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and modifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.
• Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Build and troubleshoot single and three‑phase electrical systems
• Diagnose, dismantles, repairs, and reassembles complex equipment.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing concepts
• Solid Works experience is beneficial

• Assembling electronic and mechanical parts/assemblies on new equipment. Troubleshoot as needed.
• Builds and troubleshoots, as needed, AC and DC panels.
• Field wire complex machines that are used in multiple industries
• Participate in improving the work instructions used by manufacturing.
• Train personnel in the use of test equipment, as needed.
• Read dials or digital displays that indicate electronic characteristics such as voltage, frequency, distortion, inductance, and capacitance.
• Compare test results with specifications and make a judgment as to acceptability of a product’s performance.
