This is a fast‑paced, physically active role where you will be the primary support system for our bar team. You can expect to work in a cooperative and harmonious environment, collaborating closely with bartenders, servers, managers, and purveyors. You will be expected to adhere to high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism, with clear daily duties outlined in opening, ongoing, and closing checklists.
This position is essential for ensuring the efficiency and smoothness of our entire beverage service.
- Provide pleasant, professional, and courteous support to bartenders and servers to increase the efficiency of beverage service.
- Handle all liquor, wine, and beer acquisition; this includes stocking, organizing, and controlling all beverages in the work areas.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor, wine, and beer in stock and keep the manager informed of all beverage, glassware, and supply needs before they run low.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and clean bar area and related service areas.
- Clean, sanitize, restock, and properly store all bar items according to procedures.
- Complete all opening, ongoing, and closing checklist duties and side‑work daily, getting manager approval before clocking out.
- Pick up and deliver dirty glasses and dishes from the bar to the dish area.
- Provide efficient, timely service and assist other staff as needed.
- Attend all required shift meetings.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance while adhering to the uniform standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong listening, communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
- The ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining composure.
- A strong memory for monitoring supplies and assisting with orders.
- The ability to work independently and on a team while maintaining a high level of performance.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- The physical ability to lift and move various objects such as bottles, kegs, glasses, utensils, and ice, weighing up to 50 lbs.
- The ability to safely open and close various containers.
