Join the dynamic Kitchen team at Lilac Casino as a Line Cook! We are seeking an experienced and passionate culinary professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in providing high‑quality dishes. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining our restaurant’s reputation for excellent service and exceptional meals. This is a full‑time, hourly position that offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in hospitality, organization, teamwork, and advanced cooking techniques.

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation during service times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including ingredient prep and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes when necessary.
- Respond quickly and effectively to orders during high‑volume periods.
- Uphold a team‑oriented environment and foster communication across all departments.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in advanced cooking techniques and knowledge of standard kitchen equipment.
- Strong skills in hospitality, teamwork, organization, and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Understanding of food safety and health regulations.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
