The Grill Cook reports to the Chef Manager or Chef and is responsible for preparing all types of grilled foods. The role includes preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and/or catering meals and assisting the Chef Manager or Chef with daily tasks and meal preparation. The Grill Cook will work the grill and assist with catering orders and other food prep work as needed.

• Cook (to order) breakfast and lunch items per customer request
• Prepare the grill station according to company guidelines
• Stock the grill station with all necessary items for service
• Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely manner
• Assist in supporting culinary staff at numerous stations as directed
• Provide excellent customer service, including being attentive, approachable, greeting, and thanking customers
• Operate and sanitize all customer‑service equipment in a safe and proper manner
• Work with and take direction from the Chef Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Previous customer‑service experience in food service
• Dependable and reliable
