As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find and purchase the vehicle that's right for them while providing an exceptional dealership experience.

• As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find and purchase the vehicle that's right for them while providing an exceptional dealership experience.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs
• Help customers select the right vehicle
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate vehicle operation during test drives
• Guide customers through our proven sales process
• Present pricing and complete required paperwork
• Follow up with previous customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers and develop relationships
• Bring a positive, professional attitude and your best effort to work every day

• You don't have to be an automotive sales expert to succeed here.
  
  Sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right person for success.
• We're looking for someone who has:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A strong desire to succeed and earn
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivation and the ability to work in a performance-driven environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screening
