As a Pick & Pack Fulfillment Associate, you'll be responsible for picking products, packing customer orders, preparing shipments, and keeping inventory organized and accurate. WhatYou’ll Do
- Pick products accurately based on customer orders
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment
- Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated locations
- Build pallets and kits for outgoing shipments
- Label, stage, and prepare completed orders for shipping
- Use shipping and inventory software to process orders
- Operate a forklift to move products and materials
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, pick/pack, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move products safely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities

This position is on-site in Rochester, NH, and offers Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM shift.
