Hannah Zimmer with Robert Half is partnering with an established Rochester-area company looking to add an experienced Billing Adminstrator to its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong billing background, is comfortable working with detailed invoices and documentation, and ideally has hands-on experience with AIA billing.
What You'll Do
+ Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time
+ Handle AIA/progress billing, including supporting documentation
+ Review billing details, contracts, and project information for accuracy
+ Track outstanding billing items and resolve discrepancies
+ Work closely with internal teams to ensure invoices are complete and properly supported
+ Maintain organized billing records and documentation
+ Assist with account reconciliations and other billing-related responsibilities
+ Respond to customer or internal questions regarding invoices and billing status

Requirements
What They're Looking For
+ 4-5+ years of strong billing experience
+ AIA billing experience highly preferred
+
Experience with progress, project, or construction-related billing is a plus
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Comfortable managing a high volume of invoices and multiple priorities
+ Strong Excel and general accounting/software skills
+ Good communication and follow-up skills
+ Local to the Rochester, NY area
