Senior Tax Associate

• Contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and effective responses to client needs and concerns.
• Prepare and self-review work products for completeness and accuracy, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, fiduciary tax, not-for-profit compliance, and entity tax filings.
• Assist in the research of complex tax issues and develop quality, practical income tax planning services.
• Work within a small team environment to deliver integrated family office services to clients.
• Facilitate communications and provide assistance to team members by sharing knowledge to enhance service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 4-6 years of related work experience in a tax or family office practice, with an emphasis on individual and fiduciary experience.
• Proficiency in compliance technology applications including Pro Systems, BNA Income Tax Planner, and Microsoft products.
• CPA or CPA exam parts passed preferred.
• Knowledge of CCH Engagement and CCH Axcess Tax is a plus.

Salary: $105,000 - $130,000, Plus Bonus
