Job Description

Function of Position:
Assisting the Applied Technologies Center staff in everyday clerical duties.

This is a Federal Work Study position. Eligible applicants MUST have received prior approval from the Financial Aid Office. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please contact Financial Aid before applying.

• Answering phone, clerical duties in assisting secretary and instructors include typing, copying and collating documents, emails and mail distribution.

• Adheres to the College Code of Conduct.
• Contributes to, supports, and maintains an equitable, inclusive, and collaborative College environment.
• Maintains technological competencies utilized by the College.
• Commits to the philosophy of a comprehensive community college.
• Commits to professional growth, which includes seeking ongoing training in diversity, equity and inclusion to better serve students.

• Applicants must be Federal Work Study eligible (you can confirm your eligibility with a Financial Aid representative).

Pay Rate: $15.50/hour

Hours per week:
Up to 20 hours/week

Schedule:

Hours vary between 2-6 pm, alternate schedules with other student workers, dependent on your availability.

Applied Technologies Center at 2485 West Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14623.
