Job Description

We are looking for an Automotive Ford Certified Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automotive repair and diagnostics. Your primary responsibilities will include performing repairs based on work orders, diagnosing issues, and maintaining vehicle systems to manufacturer standards.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays

Signing Bonus: Up to $2,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

Perform work as specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately

Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues

Maintain and repair various vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor about additional services required

Estimate time and resources required for additional repairs

Execute warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Service Technician preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Ford Certification required

Previous experience at a Ford dealership preferred

B level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities

Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Effective communication skills and basic computer proficiency

Positive and team-oriented attitude

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair procedures

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
