• Manage the pre-construction process, including schedule, budget, and quality monitoring and control.

• Manage the bidding process including contractor solicitation, bidding, evaluation, and selection.
• Manage daily activities during the construction execution phase including the project schedule, budget, and the QA/QC process.
• Manage the organization, tracking, review, and disposition of various construction phase engineering and construction documents including Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary designers, contractors, and clients to communicate project status and set priorities.
• Provide agenda and conduct periodic project coordination meetings.
• Resolve construction issues and manage risks to mitigate negative impacts to project and client.
• Position requires work Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and weekends, and frequent travel to project site(s).

• Minimum 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
• Current New York State Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license preferred.
• Construction Management (CCM, and/or PgMP, PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with computer aided drafting software, proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT preferred.
• Experience with Construction Management software (Primavera, Procore, RsMeans, etc.) preferred.

$45 - $55 / Hr

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
