Harris is seeking a technical Product Manager to support products within our waveform portfolio. The successful candidate will lead product strategy by aligning market needs to the product roadmap, updating pricing, and promoting the product. This role also includes technical responsibilities such as writing white papers and responding to RFIs/RFPs. The Product Manager will work cross‑functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and program management.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with industry partners to develop unified strategies and participating in joint initiatives with external companies.
- Own all aspects of assigned products, including roadmaps, sales, strategy, development, and financial performance
- Maintain a strong technical understanding of products
- Interface directly with customers to understand CONOPS, use cases, requirements, and market demand to influence product direction
- Collaborate with partner vendors to develop and support unified strategies
- Create and maintain product roadmaps; develop value‑based pricing; conduct competitive analyses
- Develop marketing materials for both internal and external audiences
- Brief internal and external stakeholders on product capabilities and strategy
- Participate in trade shows, briefings, and demonstrations to showcase products
- Manage budgets for product enhancements and sustainment activities
- Ability to travel up to 15%
To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a master’s degree in related field or have completed their master’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
Pay TransparencyIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $67,000 - $124,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3
