Our Growth Execution team was established over a year ago to drive the execution of growth strategies for various GPs. This team works across the GPs and focuses on identifying, prioritizing, and executing strategic growth initiatives. Currently made up of 12 talented Growth Execution Managers (GEMs), the team is integral to Howden’s continued success and growth in Specialty. As a Growth Execution Manager (GEM), you’ll be at the forefront of driving meaningful change.

You’ll work closely with GP Leaders, bringing your expertise to a diverse range of projects to drive significant growth and innovation within our global Specialty business. If you’re a results-driven, proactive individual with a passion for making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

• Growth Execution Focus – Partner with GP Leaders to identify and execute key initiatives across the six pillars of the Global Practices (Leadership, Strategy, Clients & Proposition, Insights, Brand & Marketing, Infrastructure & Support). Ensure tangible business outcomes by developing actionable plans, prioritizing opportunities with the highest global growth potential.
