Midday Supervisor

Wouldham All Saints School is looking to recruit new members to our lunchtime team. This is following the successful advancing of previous members of the team.

We are looking for excellent support staff who will ensure a safe and happy experience for our children at lunchtimes.

A successful person may well be able to develop their role to covering within classrooms, supporting learning and behaviour throughout the day. This has been a well proven pathway to advance within the school setting.

Lunchtime care involves helping children through the lunchtime break, encouraging healthy eating and exercise as well as cleaning up after them! We are an official 'silver' OPAL school (outdoor, play and learning) aiming for gold, and therefore we want our children to be out in all weathers, having fun and developing key skills. Activities therefore need organising to keep the children happy and safe.

As the role involves children and food; an awareness of food hygiene and allergies is desirable - although training will be given.

The most essential quality needed to join our school family is to have a fun and happy outlook with a keeness to support children to help them to interact positively with their peers.
