Underground Construction Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.

• Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Operate a hydro‑vac for potholing and site cleanup.
• Safely operate a pick‑up truck or bigger while towing a trailer.
• Perform basic construction tasks, such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in directional drilling/underground construction is preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel out of state when required.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
• Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• CDL‑A license preferred but not required.
• Safely operate a pick‑up truck or bigger while towing a trailer.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods, to scoop, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments: hot, cold, rain, snow.
• Availability to be on call.

Pay range: $18.00/hr – $23.00/hr the base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Additional benefits, including health, welfare, and retirement, are available.
