** THE ROLE
** Scott Miller is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator for our Pittsford location. This position is a critical part of a multifaceted team who shares a love for service that goes above and beyond the expected in the beauty and wellness industries. We are looking for a kind, compassionate, multitasker who can offer a unique perspective on client care.

* Available to work evenings and weekends.
** RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Bring a positive attitude to each guest and team interaction
* Perform all front-end functions including greeting guests, check-in, service support, check-out, and schedule appointments
* Ensure that the highest levels of guest service are achieved throughout the Company
* Client appointment care
* Make a lasting impression
* Identify and understand client needs
* Maintain complete knowledge of retail product offerings
* Educate clients of Scott Miller service offerings
* Computer savvy
* Eagerness to take on special projects
