Job Description
  • Addison of Park Crescent is looking for a friendly, outgoing and efficient person to greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
  • Duties include answering the phone, sending emails, calling residents, taking work requests, providing directions and being a point person for all who stop at the desk.
  • Receive packages and deliver or hold as requested.
  • Assist other departments with administrative functions.
  • Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
Qualifications
  • Hours are weekends and evenings with the salary range of $16.00–$18.00 per hour.
  • Three (3) months of related experience is preferred.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word is required.
  • Demonstrate a compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful manner.
  • Work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
