We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. • Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Provide detailed information about products and services to customers
• Assist customers with order placements and modifications
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
• Maintain customer accounts by updating information and processing service requests
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
