General Job Description:
Communicates with customers on all questions and inquiries related to their orders including on-time delivery of product.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in an administrative/office setting
- Excellent phone communication ability
- Ability to navigate a computer database
- Attention to detail.
- Organized with clerical skills.
