Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (TM) to provide friendly guest service in-store. You will create a welcoming shopping experience, assist guests at checkout, and help with returns while maintaining store cleanliness.
Shifts are flexible, and scheduling is managed via the myTime app. This role offers on-demand scheduling with emphasis on reliability and attendance, requiring you to pick up shifts as needed and respond to scheduling opportunities.
