Responsibilities:As a Doorperson, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting residents and guests entering the building.
- Creating a positive arrival and departure experience for residents and guests.
- Maintaining the flow of street traffic outside the front door by assisting residents or guests with transportation and luggage.
- Knowing apartment facilities, services, and features and being able to explain them to guests and residents.
- Providing accurate directions to guests on questions regarding destinations of the local area.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Shift: Overnight
Qualifications:Requirements:
- Enjoy delivering excellent customer service.
- Take pride in making guests and residents feel safe.
- Communicate well with others and work as a part of a team.
- Respond to requests from guests, residents, and your team in a timely manner.
- Lift 50 pounds without assistance.
Then you may be a great fit for this position! Prior experience as a Doorperson at a luxury hotel or residential building is a preferred. Multi-lingual fluency is a plus!
Pay & Benefits:Pay ranges from $23.09 - $30.79 per hour depending on experience. Benefits such as medical and paid time off will be provided.
