Outpatient Physician

Blue Ridge Health (BRH) is recruiting for community-minded medical providers to join our team in Spindale, NC. BRH is a Federally Qualified Health Center with locations all across Western North Carolina. Currently seeking an Outpatient Physician at our Rutherford County Health Center.

As an Outpatient Physician, you will be part of a multi-specialty provider base including pediatricians, family physicians, psychiatrists, family nurse practitioners, physician assistants, counselors, dentists, nutritionists, and pharmacists. This multi-specialty approach allows us to better address the needs of a diverse patient population, of which 98% are classified low-income. BRH is invested in the growth of future health care providers in our region.

We are one of two Teaching Health Centers in North Carolina and provide educational training for the Mountain Area Health Education Center Family Medicine Residency Program in Hendersonville, which supports 6 residents per year. A strong interest in medical education is necessary in supporting the future of healthcare in our region.
