What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Subspecialty Expertise: Fellowship training in adult reconstruction is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to manage primary and revision total joint cases.
  • Board Certification/Eligibility: You are board‑certified or eligible in Orthopedic Surgery, with plans to certify within five years of hire.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: You excel in working with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring future orthopedic surgeons.
