The role is tasked with conducting a comprehensive review of existing practices and policies, engaging key stakeholders, and developing the structures, policies, and resources necessary to launch the office. This role requires expertise in academic policy, case management, and organizational design in higher education. This role is positioned within Academic Excellence with scope across all schools of the University, with an initial focus on undergraduate students.
