This is a Federal Work Study position for the Engineering Technologies department student aides. The primary role is to monitor the Learning Center, located in Building 9, Room 143A. Students may work on their coursework during shifts, as long as they can multi-task by supervising the Learning Center.

• Answer basic questions, such as how students who use the lab can sign into the sign-in PC, or how to add more paper/toner to the printers in the Learning Center.
• Notify supervisors if any students are not following posted lab rules (e.g., noise levels, eating at computer stations, open drink containers near PCs).
• Assist with various departmental tasks, such as classroom upkeep and inventory of classroom materials.

• Applicants must be Federal Work Study eligible (confirm eligibility with a Financial Aid representative).

• Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish or other languages proficiently.

• Pay Rate: $15.50/hour
• Hours per week:
  Up to 20 hours/week
