Part Time Preschool Coordinator

Lead and support nursery and preschool volunteers, including recruitment, training, scheduling, communication, and encouragement

Provide oversight of nursery through preschool ministry and ensure proper safety and security procedures

Connect with and encourage parents and families

Plan and provide age-appropriate lessons and materials for teachers

Prepare, organize, and maintain classrooms

Lead, motivate, and equip volunteers to serve with excellence

The ideal candidate will:

Have a strong personal relationship with Jesus, the body of Christ and God’s work in the world

Have a passion for and experience working with young children

Be able to lead, train, motivate, and encourage others

Desire ongoing personal, spiritual, and professional growth

Actively participate in worship and life at Bethel Christian Fellowship

Onsite hours:
Sunday mornings, Tuesday mornings, and Wednesday evenings (September–June)
