How Do You Excel In This Position

The Sales Engineer II is responsible for elevating awareness of Stark's Compression core competencies and capabilities through active account management with assigned accounts to achieve revenue and profit targets. The Sales Engineer will work with management and peers on account management, sales strategies and goal achievement, project design, project bidding, project management, and pipeline management.

What Are We Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering.
  • Five (5) years' experience in pumps and/or blower systems.
  • Five (5) years' experience in sales engineering.
  • A proven track record in account management.
  • Knowledge of construction/industrial industry.
  • Understanding of product and systems application and design & project management.
