Our client, an established aerospace engineering firm, requires an experienced FPGA Engineer to join their multi-disciplined team.

Responsibilities- Providing technical expertise in the development and delivery of PLD/FPGA, from requirements development, concept and detailed design, coding in VHDL, synthesis, to verification.
- Understanding of PLD/FPGA design constraints and their impacts on other engineering disciplines.
- Managing own tasks and assisting with team tasks within schedules and budgets to meet project needs, delivering design artifacts according to company standards.
- Coaching and developing junior team members.
- Degree or HND in electronics engineering or a related qualification.
- Proven knowledge of FPGA technologies, development tools, and techniques.
- Experience working in an FPGA development team.
- Experience in digital hardware design for FPGA using VHDL.
- Knowledge of video processing and control law algorithms.
- Experience with UVM (Universal Verification Methodology) and constrained random verification.
