  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of engineers to deliver project designs and documentation.
  • Establish engineering processes, workflows, and quality assurance standards for the U.S. Energy Business Unit.
  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship, reviewing designs and ensuring adherence to Quadrante’s methodologies.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to coordinate multidisciplinary projects and leverage global technical knowledge.
  • Work with business development and management teams to plan staffing needs and align resources with project demand.
  • Act as the technical representative for clients, utilities, and permitting agencies, ensuring effective communication and project coordination.
  • Maintain a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement consistent with Quadrante’s global values.

  • Proficient in coordination with developers, utilities, EPC contractors and permitting agencies.
  • Comfortable managing both technical design work and team leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
