The Construction Project Manager II is responsible for planning, managing, and supervising the execution of construction projects while balancing budget, quality, and schedule. The role is deployed on multiple projects with durations from 3 to 12 months, involves multiple subcontractors and disciplines, and scopes of work.
What Are We Looking For- Associate’s degree required in a field related to construction (e.g., engineering, architecture) or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in construction project management or related roles. Experience with building infrastructure and/or energy reduction initiatives required.
- Additional certifications (CEM, LEED AP, EIT, PE) a plus.
- Proficiency with planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed project phases.
- Strong time-management skills to follow detailed project phases.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. CAD experience a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think quickly to resolve problems in real time and strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.

Salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$95,000.00 (Rochester, NY) and $-$ (Batavia, NY). Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
