As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the development of high‑impact engineering projects, drive innovation, and solve complex technical challenges across multiple product lines.
Responsibilities- Independently develop and implement concepts to solve a wide range of significantly complex product and engineering challenges.
- Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects while driving R&D for new technologies.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex engineering problems across multiple product lines.
- Perform and/or specify advanced engineering analyses.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to address High Value Problems (HVPs).
- Generate product specifications, define/coordinate tests, and document engineering results.
- Review engineering documentation, processes, and compliance requirements.
- 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years in mechanical engineering & design.
- Strong experience with 3D CAD (NX) and Teamcenter (preferred).
- Hands‑on experience designing high‑voltage mechanical products.
- Expertise in analysis, testing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and root‑cause investigations of electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and thrive within a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and commitment to delivering high‑quality engineering solutions on schedule.
